(1) General clauses

This anonymous data will be stored separately from any other personal information you may have provided to us and will therefore not compromise the anonymity and privacy of specific users. (4) Utilisation data
Any personal data which is required for the facilitation and settlement of the utilisation of our services (utilisation data) shall be used for the purposes of contractual execution. Utilisation data shall comprise, in particular, identification-related information, information regarding the beginning, end and scope of the utilisation in question, and information regarding the teleservices to which you have access. We shall be allowed to pass on utilisation data for settlement purposes (so-called settlement data) to other suppliers or third parties, provided that this is required for the purposes of user-related settlement and invoicing.
